PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE WITH EXTREME CARE. THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A BINDING ARBITRATION PROVISION, A CLASS ACTION WAIVER, AND EXTENSIVE LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES, AND INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS.
By visiting, downloading, caching, API-integrating, scraping, registering an account, or interacting in any manner with the Truevois website, applications, databases, or electronic systems (collectively, the "Platform"), you formally express your unconditioned assent to be bound by every term, condition, protocol, and code of conduct set forth herein.
If you do not accept these Terms of Use in their entirety, you possess no license to access the Platform. You must terminate your session, destroy any copies of data derived from the Platform in your possession, and never access our servers again. Continued usage constitutes irreversible acceptance of these terms.
MODULE 1: GLOBAL ARCHITECTURE, DEFINITIONS, AND LEGAL STATUS
1.1 Structural Mission Statement
Truevois operates an open-access, decentralized digital review directory designed to aggregate, analyze, categorize, and preserve authentic user-generated consumer commentary regarding mercantile operations, corporate conduct, product quality, and post-transaction customer support across the global economy.
Truevois acts as an information service provider, offering neutral software hosting frameworks. We do not author, endorse, verify, audit, or assume liability for any individual review, corporate response, or uploaded piece of verification metadata.
1.2 Comprehensive Definitions Lexicon
Throughout this agreement, the following capitalized terms hold the exact structural meanings defined below:
- "Agreement" or "Terms": Refers to this 8,000-word Master Platform Agreement, including its sub-components, the Truevois GDPR Privacy Policy, and any specialized Business-to-Business (B2B) contractual appendices.
- "Truevois", "We", "Us", or "Our": Refers explicitly to Truevois LLC, a corporate entity organized and existing under the statutory frameworks of the United States of America, including its global subsidiaries, parent companies, holding structures, and assigns.
- "Platform": The technical infrastructure consisting of
truevois.com, localized country-code top-level domains, proprietary mobile applications, application programming interfaces (APIs), software development kits (SDKs), background data nodes, and server environments. - "User": Any individual or legal entity accessing the platform, regardless of account status.
- "Reviewer" or "Consumer User": An individual who registers a standard personal account on Truevois to publish descriptive commentary regarding their direct commercial experiences.
- "Merchant" or "Business User": Any commercial corporation, sole proprietorship, partnership, LLC, or public enterprise that claims a business listing on Truevois or communicates with our administration via [email protected].
- "Content": Every text block, star assignment, numerical metric, verification photograph, corporate logo, operational reply, link, or digital file hosted or transmitted on the Platform.
- "Data Protection Laws": The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for European operations, alongside state-specific US privacy acts (such as the CCPA/CPRA).
1.3 Scope of Application
This Agreement applies universally to all visitors, including individual consumer reviewers globally, corporate representatives contacting
[email protected], automated indexing crawlers, and premium business accounts.
No oral modifications or representations by any employee or support staff of Truevois can alter or supersede the text of this legal document.
MODULE 2: ELIGIBILITY, CONTRACTUAL CAPACITY, AND REGISTRATION
2.1 Minimum Age Requirements
The Platform is engineered, restricted, and licensed exclusively for persons who have attained the age of eighteen (18) years or the legal age of majority within their specific geographic jurisdiction.
Truevois does not knowingly collect, retain, or process information from minors. If Truevois discovers that any individual under the age of 18 has established an account, that profile will be deleted immediately, and all associated content will be purged without liability.
2.2 Corporate Representation and Authority
If you register an account or interact with the platform on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or commercial enterprise, you warrant that:
- You possess explicit, unrevoked legal authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.
- The email address used for administration (e.g., matching the corporate domain communicating with [email protected]) is owned by the business entity.
- The business is validly existing and registered under the laws of its local jurisdiction.
2.3 Account Creation Verification Protocols
To unlock interactive features, you must complete our account registration process. You agree to provide current, accurate, and complete information, and you are strictly prohibited from:
- Registering under a name other than your own legal name or established online pseudonym.
- Utilizing temporary, disposable, or unverified "throwaway" email configurations.
- Creating multiple personal profiles to manipulate business scores or bypass account suspensions.
2.4 Credential Security and Absolute User Liability
Your login credentials (username, password, passkeys, multi-factor tokens) are strictly confidential. You are entirely responsible for all actions taken through your account, whether authorized by you or not.
If you suspect your credentials have been compromised, you must immediately notify Truevois by writing to
[email protected] with the subject line
"SECURITY BREACH". Truevois explicitly disclaims liability for any loss, reputational damage, or operational disruption caused by unauthorized access to your profile.

3.1 The First-Hand Experience Requirement
To maintain structural integrity across Truevois, every review posted must represent a direct, personal, first-hand consumer experience. This experience must have occurred within the twelve (12) months prior to the publication date. You are strictly barred from publishing reviews based on:
- Second-hand accounts, rumors, news stories, or social media trends.
- Employment disputes, internal corporate grievances, or vendor-to-vendor contract arguments.
- Generalized political, ideological, or social beliefs regarding a brand's corporate policy.
3.2 Prohibited Content Categories
Fabricated and Coordinated Feedback
Users shall not draft text that is systematically false, misleading, exaggerated, or bought for commercial purposes. Coordinated review campaigns (such as "review bombing" or organized positive review patterns) are strictly prohibited.
Conflicts of Interest
You are barred from publishing text about any enterprise where you hold an active financial interest, an employment position, a directorial seat, or a competitive rivalry.
You cannot review your own company, your employer, or direct market competitors.
Defamation, Harassment, and Abuse
Reviews must focus on the commercial experience itself. Content must not contain profanity, slurs, targeted harassment, threats of physical violence, hate speech, or defamatory allegations that cross legal boundaries.
Violations of Personal Privacy
Reviews must not disclose personally identifiable information (PII) of low-level staff members, including private cell phone numbers, personal email addresses, home addresses, or social media profiles.
Referencing public executives by title is permissible only when directly relevant to the transaction.
3.3 Supporting Documentation and Verification Requests
Truevois reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to request verification metadata from any reviewer. This may include purchase receipts, service invoices, booking confirmations, or shipping tracking numbers.
If you fail to provide adequate proof of your transaction upon request from our data operations team at
[email protected], Truevois may hide or delete your review.
MODULE 4: THE MERCHANT PLATFORM – RULES FOR BUSINESSES
4.1 Claiming and Managing Profiles
When a business claims its automatically generated profile page on Truevois, it gains access to the Business Portal.
By claiming a profile, the business agrees to these Terms in full and commits to monitoring all outbound communications sent from
[email protected].
4.2 Prohibited Merchant Conduct
Review Incentivization and Manipulation
Businesses are strictly prohibited from offering financial rewards, discounts, cash payments, free merchandise, or gift certificates in exchange for positive reviews or the removal of negative feedback.
Review collection must remain transparent, unbiased, and uncoerced.
Threatening or Coercive Actions
Merchants shall not threaten reviewers with lawsuits, contract penalties, physical harm, or financial retributions to force them to change or delete a review.
Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) that attempt to block a consumer's legal right to post honest feedback are void under US federal consumer protection laws and violate Truevois policy.
Fraudulent Profiles and Competitor Attacks
Merchants may not create fake consumer accounts to post positive reviews on their own profile or target competitors with negative feedback.
Discovery of such behavior will result in an permanent warning banner placed on the merchant's profile page.
4.3 Corporate Responses
Merchants can respond publicly to user reviews through the Platform.
Corporate responses must be professional, factual, non-threatening, and comply with all content rules in Module 3.
Truevois does not edit these responses, and merchants are fully liable for any legal issues or claims arising from their public replies.
MODULE 5: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONTENT LICENSING
5.1 User Retention of Copyright
When you write a review, assign a rating, or upload images to Truevois, you retain ownership of the copyright to that original content.
1. Independence of Platform
Truevois is an independent review platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the businesses listed on our platform. Businesses may claim their profiles to engage with customers, respond to reviews, and provide information, but all reviews are written by users and reflect their personal experiences. Truevois does not control, guarantee, or take responsibility for the accuracy of user reviews or business responses.
2. AI-Assisted Review Writing
Truevois offers AI-powered tools to help users rewrite and improve the clarity, grammar, and readability of their reviews. These tools:
- Are optional and may be used at the user’s discretion.
- Do not change the core meaning or factual claims of the original review.
- Do not generate fake reviews or fabricate experiences.
- Are provided to improve writing quality only; the user remains fully responsible for the final review content.
Users retain editorial control and must approve any AI-assisted changes before publishing. By using the AI rewriting tool, users confirm that the review reflects their genuine experience and that they are not being instructed, paid, or coerced to write positive or negative reviews.
3. Content Moderation
Truevois uses a combination of automated systems and human review to moderate content on the platform. This includes:
- AI-powered detection of spam, fake reviews, hate speech, harassment, and policy violations.
- Manual review of flagged content.
- Removal of content that violates our guidelines.
We reserve the right to:
- Remove, edit, or reject any review or business response that violates our policies.
- Suspend or remove users or businesses that repeatedly violate our terms.
- Take down content that is defamatory, misleading, offensive, or otherwise harmful.
Moderation decisions are made to protect users and maintain the integrity of the platform, but Truevois does not guarantee that all inappropriate content will be detected or removed immediately.
4. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for:
- The content of their reviews and any AI-assisted changes they approve.
- Ensuring that their reviews reflect their genuine experiences and are truthful and not misleading.
- Not including sensitive or private information (e.g., account numbers, PINs, passwords, personal contact details) in their reviews.
Businesses are responsible for:
- The content of their responses to reviews.
- Ensuring that their responses are professional, respectful, and do not include defamatory or false statements.
5.2 Irrevocable License Granted to Truevois
By posting content on the Platform, you grant Truevois LLC a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, transferable, and fully sublicensable license to use your content.
This includes the right to host, store, cache, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display your reviews across any current or future digital, print, or broadcast media.

5.3 Public Syndication Rights
This license enables Truevois to share your reviews with public search engines (such as Google and Bing), display your feedback on third-party websites via widgets, and use individual reviews in marketing campaigns to showcase our community's insights.
5.4 Platform Proprietary Material
With the exception of user-generated content, all elements of the Platform—including website code, layout designs, user interfaces, database structures, graphics, logos, icons, algorithms, and software code—are the exclusive property of Truevois LLC.
These assets are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and intellectual property laws.
5.5 Restrictions on Scraped and Automated Extraction
Users and third parties are strictly prohibited from using automated tools, spiders, robots, scrapers, data-mining scripts, or extraction software to collect data from Truevois for commercial use or compilation into alternative directories without explicit written consent from Truevois LLC.
MODULE 6: PLATFORM MODERATION, FRAUD SHIELDS, AND CONTENT POLICIES
6.1 Our Right to Moderate
Truevois reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to monitor, review, flag, filter, hide, or permanently remove any user-generated content or corporate responses at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or explanation.
6.2 Algorithmic Fraud Systems
Truevois uses automated analysis tools to protect the integrity of our review marketplace. These systems evaluate technical metadata, session behaviors, IP locations, account histories, and text patterns to flag and hide potential spam, paid promotions, or fake reviews.
6.3 Flagging and Dispute System
If a consumer, business owner, or visitor believes a review violates these Terms, they can flag it using the on-site reporting tool or contact our team directly at
[email protected].
Flagged reviews are placed into a verification queue for assessment by our moderation team. Truevois remains neutral during disputes and will not remove a review simply because a business dislikes the feedback or challenges its accuracy.
6.4 Public Warning Banners
If Truevois detects systematic review manipulation, fake review purchases, or legal threats against consumers by a business, we reserve the right to place a prominent public warning banner on that company's profile.
This banner informs visitors that the business's rating may be unreliable due to manipulation attempts.
MODULE 7: DIGITAL MILLENNIUM COPYRIGHT ACT (DMCA) POLICY
7.1 Copyright Protection Notice
Truevois respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, Truevois will respond quickly to claims of copyright infringement committed on the Platform.
7.2 Submitting a Takedown Request
If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded to Truevois without authorization, you must send a formal DMCA Takedown Notice to our designated copyright agent at
[email protected] with the subject line
"DMCA TAKEDOWN NOTICE". Your notice must include the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Direct identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The exact URL or link to the material on Truevois that you claim is infringing, so our team can locate it.
- Your contact details, including your full name, physical mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
7.3 Counter-Notification Procedures
If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe this occurred by mistake or misidentification, you can submit a Counter-Notification.
Send an email to
[email protected] containing your contact information, identification of the removed material with its original URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was an error, and your consent to federal court jurisdiction in the United States of America.
7.4 Repeat Infringer Policy
Truevois maintains a strict repeat infringer policy. Accounts that repeatedly upload copyrighted material without authorization will be permanently banned from the Platform.
MODULE 8: WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS
8.1 "As Is" and "As Available" Service
TRUEVOIS IS PROVIDED TO YOU ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TRUEVOIS LLC MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE OPERATION OF THE PLATFORM OR THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY CONTENT, REVIEWS, RATINGS, OR CORPORATE DESCRIPTIONS DISPLAYED ON THE PLATFORM.

8.3 Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform contains links to external business websites, e-commerce storefronts, and third-party digital applications.
Truevois does not monitor, evaluate, or control these third-party platforms. We assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, products, or business operations of external sites. You access third-party links entirely at your own risk.
MODULE 9: LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
9.1 Exclusion of Indirect and Consequential Damages
IN NO EVENT SHALL TRUEVOIS LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATEVER.

9.3 Application to Business Disruption
This liability cap applies directly to any merchant claiming that a negative review on Truevois caused a drop in sales, a loss of customer opportunities, or damage to their corporate brand reputation.
Because reviews are public opinions written by independent consumers, Truevois is not financially liable for any impact they may have on a business.
MODULE 10: INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS
10.1 Scope of Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Truevois LLC, its parent organizations, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and legal representatives from and against any third-party claims, liabilities, financial losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees and court costs) arising out of or connected with:
- Your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
- Any review, comment, photo, or corporate response you publish on Truevois that violates a third party's rights, including copyright, trademark, trade secret, or privacy rights.
- Claims that your content is defamatory, libeled, or caused financial harm to a business or competitor.
- Any fraudulent behavior, account deception, or attempt to manipulate review systems on your profile.
10.2 Defense of Claims
Truevois reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us. You agree to cooperate fully with our defense of these claims, and you may not settle any claim without the prior written consent of Truevois LLC.
MODULE 11: DISPUTE RESOLUTION, ARBITRATION, AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER

The arbitration will take place in the United States of America, and the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding.
11.3 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND TRUEVOIS AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.
This means you waive your right to participate as a class representative or class member in any class-wide lawsuit or arbitration concerning the Platform.
11.4 Jury Trial Waiver
By entering this agreement, both you and Truevois LLC waive your constitutional and statutory rights to a trial by jury in any legal proceeding concerning these Terms or the Platform.
MODULE 12: GENERAL TERMS, SEVERABILITY, AND ADAPTATIONS
12.1 Governing Law
These Terms, along with your legal relationship with Truevois, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12.2 Right to Update and Modify
Truevois reserves the right to update, modify, or rewrite these Terms of Use at any time to reflect platform updates, regulatory changes, or security improvements.
Notice of revisions will be indicated by changing the "Effective Date" at the top of this document. Continued use of Truevois after updates are posted indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator, that specific provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms of Use, along with our GDPR Privacy Policy and any official platform guidelines posted on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Truevois LLC regarding your use of the Platform, superseding all prior oral or written agreements.
MODULE 13: SPECIFIC OPERATIONAL POLICIES AND COMPLIANCE GUIDELINES
13.1 Anti-Spam Protocols
Truevois enforces a zero-tolerance policy for automated and bulk content creation. Accounts found using automated scripts, bots, or software tools to generate profile sign-ups, reviews, or reports will be permanently banned, and their associated data will be removed.
13.2 Data Scraping Restrictions
You may not copy, harvest, or extract content from the Platform for use in alternative business directories, commercial apps, or database indexes without our explicit written permission. For information on authorized data integrations or API access, contact our team at
[email protected].
13.3 System Maintenance and Downtime
Truevois performs regular system updates and maintenance to keep the Platform secure and running smoothly.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific uptime percentages, and we are not liable for any service interruptions, data synchronization delays, or temporary portal unavailability.
MODULE 14: INTERNATIONALLY ALIGNED CONSUMER LAW PROVISIONS
14.1 European Consumer Rights Notice
If you use Truevois from within the European Union, the statutory consumer rights provided by your local jurisdiction remain intact.
These Terms do not limit or replace your mandatory consumer protections under local European law.
14.2 Cross-Border System Neutrality
Truevois operates as an international review directory. We apply our safety rules, fraud detection models, and account verification standards uniformly across all profiles, regardless of the country where a user or business is located.
MODULE 15: ADVERTISING MANAGEMENT AND SPONSORSHIPS
15.1 Platform Ad Operations
Truevois displays advertisements and sponsored links on the Platform to keep our consumer services free. These ads are marked clearly to distinguish them from standard user reviews and business profiles.
15.2 Sponsored Profiles
Merchants can subscribe to premium tiers that unlock advanced branding features, analytics, and custom options within their business dashboard.
Upgrading to a premium tier does not allow a business to delete negative reviews, edit user scores, or manipulate the platform's rating algorithms. Truevois handles content moderation independently for all profiles.
MODULE 16: PLATFORM OUTREACH AND NOTIFICATION RULES
16.1 Email Notifications
By creating an account, you agree to receive essential service updates, security notices, and platform verification messages from Truevois. You can manage your notification preferences and opt out of promotional newsletters at any time through your profile settings.
16.2 Direct Communication Requirements
All formal inquiries, privacy requests, DMCA notifications, and business verification requests must be sent directly to our support inbox at
[email protected].
Communications sent to other email addresses or unmonitored mailboxes will not be processed.
MODULE 17: SYSTEM TERMINATION STEPS
17.1 Account Deactivation Process
You can close your Truevois account at any time through your profile settings dashboard.
When you close your account, your profile is taken offline, and your personal details are removed or anonymized within thirty (30) days, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
17.2 Survival of Key Terms
Even after your account is closed or your access to Truevois is terminated, the sections of these Terms regarding content licenses, liability limitations, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and dispute resolution will remain in effect.
MODULE 18: LEGAL FORCE AND EXECUTION
